Hey there all secretleatherforum members. I’m Alessio and I’m proud to now call myself a ball stretcher and join this community. I got my first weight mid June this summer and but never wore it consistently, and then really lost motivation to wear it all in August. However I just celebrated by 21st birthday and I made a bit of an early New Year’s resolution to myself to truly commit and dedicate myself to getting those low hangers we all desire and love!

So pivoting a bit, I revisited Jarod’s guide and educated myself on the various progressions and methods. I plan on following his instructions and hopefully make some notable gains this year.

With that here is my hardware:

From left to right

40x32mm - 22.4oz

20x32mm - 10.1oz

30x32mm - 17oz

Of course as a newbie I cannot wear all three of these weights together, but hopefully with time that will
Be possible… especially after seeing users such as BG and HangLow. Big shoutout to those guys you’re both big inspirations to me!

I literally just go these weights in the mail today a few hours ago, and after a nice warm bath and washing the weights I geared up and am now wearing my 20x32mm weight, feels like it’s not even there and is really comfortable, absolutely loving the feel and look!

Here’s my current stretch and hang:

It’s is truly amazing to embark on this journey, no way I could wait till I’m in my 50s or 60s to get my low hangers. I’m loving every minute of it and im here for the journey of a lifetime. I hope to share more with you all very soon! Keep on stretching!

Also side note, currently I am just using Vaseline as lubricant, I know shea or cocoa butter raw or in oil form is optimal, just please let me know which is better and why or is it ok to use Vaseline?
 
Welcome Allesiofalcon. Great pics. You will find out that ballstretching is addictive and you want more. Take it easy and keep on sharing your progress. Vaseline, I would not use it. You'd better get the sheabutter which is the best.

Welcome. You’re off to a great start. Yes Jarrod’s guide is a great example to follow. That’s how I began over 12 yrs ago. And absolutely get some shea butter. Take pics to track your progress. BG

Slow and steady is the key. Don’t rush it. I’ve rushed it a bit sometimes and I have had minor setbacks.
You got the same hardware I have 😀.

Got my hands on some raw shea butter. Appreciate the advice from some of you guys, the difference between that and Vaseline is night and day.

UPDATE POST:

Hey there Secretleatherforum members and ball stretchers I am back after 1 month of stretching and here to share my progress and check in with all of you!

So for the past month I have been wearing my 20x32mm weight everyday, 24hours a day taking a rest day once every 2 weeks and removing only to shower.

Like a lot of us who stretch, I think I just learned pretty quickly how addicting this is, and I could not be happier. I am really committed to a strict routine now, and while the pleasure of wearing stretchers is wonderful in itself I am more so in it now for stretching my scrotum and testicles to hang as low as possible.

Today I have now upgraded weights, perhaps a bit ahead of schedule, but 20x32, didn’t feel like it was stretching much alone anymore, so I have now moved onto a 30x32mm weights, weighing in at 17oz. The gradual progression helped a lot moving from the 20mm to 30mm weight, and I was able to go straight into 24hour wear. Definitely feeling more of a stretch now and loving every minute of it.

Also I did get my hands on some Palmer’s Shea Butter… that stuff is a game changer, big thanks to all of you who recommended this product!

Here’s some pics from the rear view of me wearing my 30x32mm weight now. Never saw my hang from this perspective before, but I was pleasantly surprised to see my testicles hanging pretty freely after 1 month of stretching! Let me know what you all think and I am open to any suggestions you may have for me! Thanks all and keep on stretching!

Great progress . Since you can now wear that 30 mm 24/7 without a problem, add the 20 mm in the morning and wear as long as you can without discomfort. You will notice the weight increase! Some discomfort at first is normal, but not pain. Stay well lubed and within a week or two you should be able to wear both 24/7. BG

Awesome thanks for the feedback BG! I also have a 40x32mm weight, should I just go straight to that instead?

You shouldn’t jump more than 10 oz at a time. You have the exact combination I have. So just mix and match what’s comfortable. I can easily wear all three, for a total of 49 oz. 24/7. In fact that’s exactly what I do wear 24/7 lol. 32-40 oz wear 24/7 will get the job done. You don’t want to jump up in weight too fast and risk injury. Marathon not a sprint. I’ve been stretching well over 10 yrs so my boys are seasoned veterans lol. In fact I’m considering purchasing another 40mm for myself, to wear occasionally.

Thanks for the great advice! I really appreciate it. Like you said i think I will stick with the 30mm and add in the 20mm weight for a few hours a day.
