Quick update:

Really accustomed to my 30x32mm weight now and absolutely loving the journey so far. Starting to grow out my bush as the winter months and weather is now starting to approach. Going to start incorporating more time consistently wearing 2 weights to break those plateaus. Hopefully will be back with another update soon!

Hello SecretLeatherForum members.

I’m back with another update as I have just crossed the 2 month mark. Thankful to have this community to keep me motivated and it is definitely paying dividends. In those moments where I lack motivation to get my weights back on after having to take a rest day or remove temporarily, it’s often coming to look here that gets me back on track with the program. Within the last 3 days I have now fully adopted my 40x32mm ID donut weight (22ounces or 624grams) as my 24/7 wear. It took a bit getting used to and definitely required a more generous amount of shea butter to keep things comfortable, but definitely worth it and feels like a huge step for me.

I plan to wear this weight through the next months into the new year before starting to upgrade to wearing 2 weights together. I hope to be back with some again soon and look forward to hearing from you and any feedback you guys have got for me!
 
That’s a great hurtle to have crossed. My advice, wear that 24/7 for two weeks and get comfortable. Then drop on your 20 mm during the day and remove it to sleep in . By the new year, you should be able to wear both 24/7. Be sure to stay well lubed. BG

Hello jarrods guide has everything you need to know I like the section graded levels of progress I also keep a diary to have a reminder also gives you something to aim for, keep them warm with a wheat bag they don’t like the cold. Good luck 👍
 
***3 Month Update***

Hello my fellow ball stretchers! I’m back with a progress post on my journey into ball stretching. After 3 months some quick reflections. 1. I wish I had started sooner as I couldn’t believe I had been missing out. 2. This is a life changing experience and journey and if you haven’t started yourself do it!

I am absolutely thriving. In 3 months I started off using a 20x32mm ID weight (10 ounces) and have now upgraded to a 40x32mm ID weight (22 Ounces). I have certainly noticed things are starting to hang a bit lower and have already developed new skin growth on the scrotum. My goal for the new year is to start to upgrade my current permanent wear of 22 ounces to 32 (adding the 20mm weight on top of the 40). I have already started to implement this by wearing the two weights together for a couple of hours when I have down time. This helps keeps things stretched optimally and improves the hang in the short run. I can’t wait to keep getting lower. Here are some of my most recent photos in my gallery:

Since these pics (3 days ago). Curiosity got to me a bit, and I’ve decided to take a pause on stretching. Not that I lack motivation, but before we ring in 2025. I’d like to get a gauge of where my stretching truly is at. So I’ve removed weights and am waiting for things to reach equilibrium to see my “true” progress. Seeking some advice on this… is this worth doing, or is it better off to continue stretching as to not interrupt progress? See you all in 2025!

This absolutely looking great. You are making great progress. With a lot of patience things will go as you would like. If you would like to interrupt you also could do some stretching manual. Just to keep the skin stretched. Your pics really are motivating.

Just continue on. You’ve got these pictures . You’re just starting to get comfortable. Keep moving forward! BG

Thanks Mellow! Manual stretching is something I do need to incorporate more. That’s something I probably do not do enough even when weights are on. And thank you! It’s a great motivation for me to know I’m helping others too!

Hallo, meine lieben Ballstretcher! Ich bin zurück mit einem Fortschrittsbericht über meine Reise ins Ballstretching. Nach 3 Monaten ein paar kurze Überlegungen. 1. Ich wünschte, ich hätte früher angefangen, denn ich konnte nicht glauben, dass ich etwas verpasst hatte. 2. Dies ist eine lebensverändernde Erfahrung und Reise, und wenn Sie noch nicht selbst damit angefangen haben, tun Sie es!

Ich bin absolut begeistert. In 3 Monaten habe ich mit einem Gewicht von 20 x 32 mm Innendurchmesser (10 Unzen) angefangen und bin jetzt auf ein Gewicht von 40 x 32 mm Innendurchmesser (22 Unzen) umgestiegen. Ich habe definitiv bemerkt, dass die Dinge anfangen, etwas tiefer zu hängen, und habe bereits neues Hautwachstum am Hodensack entwickelt. Mein Ziel für das neue Jahr ist, mein derzeitiges Dauergewicht von 22 Unzen auf 32 Unzen aufzurüsten (indem ich das 20-mm-Gewicht zu den 40 hinzufüge). Ich habe bereits damit begonnen, dies umzusetzen, indem ich die beiden Gewichte ein paar Stunden lang zusammen trage, wenn ich Freizeit habe. Dies hilft, die Dinge optimal gedehnt zu halten und verbessert den Hängezustand kurzfristig. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, weiter tiefer zu kommen. Seit diesen Bildern (vor 3 Tagen) hat mich die Neugier gepackt und ich habe beschlossen, eine Pause beim Dehnen einzulegen. Nicht, dass es mir an Motivation mangeln würde, aber bevor wir das Jahr 2025 einläuten, möchte ich wissen, wie weit ich wirklich mit dem Dehnen bin. Also habe ich die Gewichte entfernt und warte darauf, dass sich das Gleichgewicht einstellt, um meinen „wahren“ Fortschritt zu sehen. Ich brauche dazu einen Rat … lohnt es sich, oder ist es besser, mit dem Dehnen weiterzumachen, um den Fortschritt nicht zu unterbrechen? Wir sehen uns alle im Jahr 2025!

Olá, meus colegas alongadores de bolas! Estou de volta com uma postagem de progresso na minha jornada no alongamento de bolas. Depois de 3 meses, algumas reflexões rápidas. 1. Gostaria de ter começado antes, pois não conseguia acreditar que estava perdendo. 2. Esta é uma experiência e jornada que muda a vida e, se você ainda não começou, comece!

Estou absolutamente prosperando. Em 3 meses, comecei a usar um peso de 20x32 mm ID (10 onças) e agora atualizei para um peso de 40x32 mm ID (22 onças). Certamente notei que as coisas estão começando a ficar um pouco mais baixas e já desenvolveram um novo crescimento de pele no escroto. Minha meta para o ano novo é começar a atualizar meu uso permanente atual de 22 onças para 32 (adicionando o peso de 20 mm em cima do 40). Já comecei a implementar isso usando os dois pesos juntos por algumas horas quando tenho tempo livre. Isso ajuda a manter as coisas esticadas de forma ideal e melhora o caimento no curto prazo. Mal posso esperar para continuar ficando mais baixas. Aqui estão algumas das minhas fotos mais recentes na minha galeria:

Desde essas fotos (3 dias atrás). A curiosidade me pegou um pouco, e decidi dar uma pausa nos alongamentos. Não que eu não tenha motivação, mas antes de chegarmos em 2025. Gostaria de ter uma ideia de onde meu alongamento realmente está. Então, removi os pesos e estou esperando as coisas atingirem o equilíbrio para ver meu "verdadeiro" progresso. Procurando alguns conselhos sobre isso... vale a pena fazer isso, ou é melhor continuar me alongando para não interromper o progresso? Vejo vocês em 2025!
Gostei muito de ver a bunda peluda dele com as bolas penduradas. Penetrar essa bunda deve ser muito gostoso. Gostaria de experimentar.
