Yes
It took some expensive trial and error, buying weights, getting frustrated, stopping for awhile, to finally get it right. I started with a 40,it was cheap, way too big, got a 32, still too big, 30, got frustrated and stopped for awhile. Finally went to a 28 and it's a perfect match. Just got a 28 silicon ring and now looking at full time wear.

Thanks Theoldguy
The cold is moving in here in California too. It does make stretching more of a challenge. I have been trying the sock idea, as mentioned in the information site, not very sexy, but it does help, especially at night. With my new ring, I am working on full time, but taking it slower.

Good news!! I had a similar experience (also started with 40mm). Having a silicon one at the base - and with the right size, is the key. Now I have so many rings, LOL

I guess I was a slow learner finding the right fit, expensive, frustrating. I am now starting over, on a very tight budget, but the right fit is life changing.

Guaranteeing the security of your residence is paramount in today's unsettled times. One of the most effective ways to protect your valuables and confidence is by putting resources in a dependable safe. Regardless of whether you're safeguarding funds, vital paperwork, or valuable heirlooms, a safe offers a protected vault solution.

In terms of selecting the appropriate safe for your home, there are several aspects to think about. First and foremost, assess your safety requirements. Determine what belongings you expect to keep in the safe and the level of protection required for each and every item.

Subsequently, take into account the dimensions and placement of the safe. Select a safe that suits easily in your home while providing ample storage for your valuables. Ensure that the safe can be installed in a secure area, such as for instance screwed to the floor or wall.

Furthermore, inspect the safety measures of the safe. Look for attributes such as sturdy construction, trustworthy locking mechanisms, and fire-resistant materials. Take into account committing in a safe with extra protection features, for instance biometric thumbprint scanners or digital keypads.

Finally, don't forget to factor in your budget when choosing a safe. Establish a realistic budget based on your protection necessities and compare prices for options that fit within your budgetary constraints.

To conclude, selecting the appropriate safe for your residence is crucial for preserving your belongings secure. By considering your protection necessities, considering the size and placement of the safe, inspecting safety measures, and fixing a budget, you can ensure ultimate protection for your important possessions.

The old creamaster muscle can be a bitch in colder weather, but I’ve defeated mine except in real cold weather , I wear a 100 mm stack 24/7 except when I’ll be out and about in the winter, then I drop to 80mm and add the 20 when I return home
