Hey guys,
Just wanted to post about a technique I've been using that I haven't seen people post about elsewhere. Another ball stretcher turned me onto this.
As you can see in the pictures, I just roll up a little nylon sock (I got a box of them at Walmart, marketed as something like "women's knee highs") and place the weight on top of it. The sock allows the weight to slide against your hang as shea butter does, but it isn't sticky and obviously doesn't require reapplication. It also has the added benefit of insulating your hang, helping keep things warm and loose, and protecting the skin of your scrotum from unwanted friction (say, against the fabric or middle seam of your pants).
The only practical drawback is that you cannot monitor your balls for color, so I suppose I would only recommend this if you're already comfortable with your weights and know they aren't too tight or anything like that.
I know the sock looks a little silly, but I still prefer it for wearing weights outside of the house since I don't like dealing with the shea butter and I don't like having my crotch slathered in lotion all the time. I'll still use shea butter when I'm at home and lounging around without pants on, but at work I definitely prefer wearing the sock.
Anyone else ever do this?
