I’ve been stretching for a while and my stretcher seems to be too small. I’m sure my balls are bigger. Advice: do you need to periodically get a larger size to fit?

Hey G234,
I don't think so. In my case, I put on the same diameter weights for many years. No adjustment needed.

Hi
When we stretch the sac gets thicker I personally have found this i now use a 38m. Lower ring weight when I began I used a 34 mm and swapped to 36 mm 2 years ago and finally 38 ,I believe it’s mentioned in Jarods guide

Hi, thanks for the replies. I wondered if I’d read somewhere about the sac changing. So, I’m thinking of using a 39mm size from a 33mm.

In [The Author's Stretching Biography] it talks about the scrotum stretching long and thin in the center over time. Then keeping small Id. weights in the center and funneling bottom Id.s gradually bigger down over the balls for more weight over more surface. Real interesting reading! Its in column near the bottom,of the same column that [ Jarod's Guide to manual ball stretching] is located. Enjoy!!

Cooler temperatures may make it feel tighter, the skin thickens up a little . Warmer they get and hanging loose, it feels better, 30mm 🆔

I began with 38mm, was at 40mm 5 years ago and now at 44mm. And I defintively can't wear the older ones now. That's a bit expensive...

I’m actually wearing a 28🆔as my base all others a 30. I wish I could go larger. Bigger 🆔 means bigger balls😁I wish. I’ll suffer smaller ball slippage, if so.

I'm not alone! I've started with a 30mm 🆔️ and now I can't wear them.
So now I wear 32mm.
Is that a normal thing?

32 was my starter size, but wearing a 30 secures that smaller nut. Just recently began wearing a 28 , a snug, but not an overly tight fit. Was too tight, but the skin has conditioned to it. Can’t say going up a size is normal other than surrounding cooler temperatures causing thicker skin as they try to retract. Skin actually feels thinner as I have stretched

Currently wearing a 38mm but my right testicle is smaller and seems to be an escape artist so I ordered a 34mm to see if that will stop it from slipping
