Almost every day. Sometimes I don't feel like doing it and I skip a day. Right now I am wearing a 90 mm from off yesterday morning. Feels great. Will take it off tonight as my balls are somewhat swollen.......

Same here! I'm active since 5 years now and saw a lot of stretchers come and go

Maybe my life will be a little more stressless in the future and I hope I can have more focus on my balls and this lovely forum again.
